What the app provides
Ex+nєs Bill Planner lets you manually record recurring service costs, view comparable monthly and annual totals, inspect a calendar of planned full renewal charges, and save reversible what-if scenarios that recalculate costs when you change which plans are included. All figures are derived from your entries on your device.
The app is an organizational and calculation aid. It is not a bank, payment processor, tax advisor, or credit counselor.
Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate names, amounts, cycles, and renewal dates for your situation
- Understand that yearly plans show one-twelfth of the yearly price for comparison while the calendar shows the full charge on the renewal date
- Keep your device secure; anyone with access to your unlocked device may view locally stored plans
Scenarios and real subscriptions
What-if scenarios adjust estimate totals and differences only. Excluding a plan from a scenario does not cancel a real-world subscription, change billing with a provider, or remove the plan from your active ledger unless you archive or delete it yourself.
No connectivity to financial accounts
The app does not connect to banks, cards, or merchant accounts and does not move money. It displays plans you create; it does not charge your payment methods for third-party services.
App Store and device terms
Your use of the app on iOS is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Any fees Apple charges for obtaining or maintaining the app on your account are handled by Apple, not through ledger features inside Ex+nєs Bill Planner. This product documentation does not describe separate in-app purchases; if that changes in a future version, store listings and in-app disclosures will govern.
Intellectual property
The app software, design, and documentation are owned by the operator or licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial planning on devices you control.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Totals and dates are computed locally from your inputs without guarantee of correctness for every edge case, currency conversion need, or provider billing change. You should confirm important financial decisions with official statements from service providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahesa Gunawan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including reliance on estimates or calendar projections. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to obtain the app (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue or modify the app where permitted by platform rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
