Overview
Ex+nєs Bill Planner is a personal ledger for recurring service costs you enter yourself. It helps you compare monthly-equivalent totals, see upcoming renewal dates with full charge amounts, and run optional what-if estimates. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the app on your device.

Information you enter
The app stores the details you choose to record for each plan, such as:
- Service name, amount, and billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Next renewal date, category, optional note, and a generic preset icon you select
- Archived plans and saved cost scenarios (including which active plans are included or excluded from an estimate)
- Your preferred currency for displaying and calculating totals
You control what you type. The app does not verify prices with service providers, detect subscriptions automatically, or import data from banks or email.
Where data is stored
Plans, scenarios, and preferences are kept in a local database on your iPhone or iPad. Processing—such as monthly-equivalent math, calendar projections, and scenario before/after totals—happens on the device. The app is designed to work offline and does not require an account sign-in.
We do not receive your ledger contents through the app itself because no in-app sync or analytics pipeline is built into this product. If you use device backup features (for example, iCloud Backup), Apple may include app data according to your device settings; that process is outside this app’s direct control.
What we do not collect through the app
- Bank or card credentials, payment initiation, or real subscription cancellation on your behalf
- Automatic scanning of purchases, receipts, or provider accounts
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking integrated into the app
- A server-side profile tied to your plans
If you email us for support, we will see the information you include in your message (such as your email address and description of the issue).
Export, archive, and deletion
Within the app settings you can review archived plans, restore or permanently remove them, export locally stored ledger data, or delete stored data. Uninstalling the app removes its local container from the device subject to iOS behavior and any backups you maintain.
Excluding a service from a saved scenario changes estimate totals only; it does not delete the underlying plan unless you remove or archive it yourself.
Children
The app is a general-purpose finance planning tool not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal data, email us and we will address the request.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The revised version will be published at the same web path with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
